My client, an established global fashion and lifestyle brand is seeking an experienced Ecommerce Operations Specialist to join their European distribution operations team. This role focuses on managing and optimising end-to-end ecommerce and omni-channel fulfilment, ensuring seamless service across warehouse and retail channels.

Working cross-functionally with teams in logistics, IT, retail, and customer service, you’ll be instrumental in building scalable processes, improving KPIs, and enhancing customer experience through operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead daily ecommerce and retail fulfilment operations (click & collect, home delivery, in-store returns)
  • Monitor and improve KPIs across service, cost, and delivery performance
  • Collaborate with internal teams to implement backend tools and SOPs
  • Analyse operational data to identify gaps and drive process improvement
  • Support IT and global teams in systems integration and omni-channel enablement
  • Ensure alignment between fulfilment operations and customer experience goals

  • 5+ years’ experience in ecommerce, supply chain, or retail operations
