SWG Construction is looking for a bright, organised and confident person to join our construction office in a varied project support and administration role. This role could suit someone at the start of their career, a college leaver, a graduate, an apprentice, or someone with previous office, customer service, or administration experience. The level of responsibility and salary will depend on the successful candidate’s experience, capability and agreed training route.
The successful candidate will support our office and contracts teams with a wide range of tasks, including:
- Answering calls
- General administration
- Project reports
- Meeting minutes
- Training and accommodation bookings
- New starter inductions
- Vehicle records
- Internal events
Confident speaking to people by phone and in person. Comfortable using Microsoft Office. Interested in developing a long-term career.
For the right person, we may support an apprenticeship or further qualification, with potential progression into project support, office coordination, compliance, commercial support or construction administration.
