Based at our Welshpool office, we are looking for a Bid & Marketing Coordinator to join our preconstruction team. It is a varied role for someone who writes well, organises well, and enjoys helping a business win work. You will coordinate and draft bid and tender submissions, support our marketing activity, and help build relationships with potential clients. There is real scope to develop and take on more responsibility over time.
What we are looking for:
- Experience of supporting or writing bids and tenders, ideally in construction or a related field.
- Excellent written English and a sharp eye for detail.
- Strong organisation and the ability to manage deadlines under pressure.
- An interest in marketing and client relationships is welcome, though full support is available.
- A full UK driving licence.
