SWG Group is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to manage commercial responsibilities for projects across our North Wales portfolio. The successful candidate will negotiate contracts and manage subcontract accounts while ensuring project profitability.

You will oversee all aspects from award through to final account and possess strong skills in cost control, CVR reporting, and subcontract procurement.

A competitive salary ranging from £55,000 to £75,000 is offered, alongside performance-related bonuses and a permanent role with genuine responsibility.
