The predicted salary is between 28484 - 28484 £ per year.

To work within established maintenance policies and procedures across a range of disciplines, e.g. Carpentry, building, roofing, glazing etc. with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

  • Carry out new work or undertake new production appropriate to their original trade using relevant instruments and machinery without supervision.
  • May include manufacture, assembly, erection and installation of new work using own initiative, experience and judgement.
  • Provide comprehensive maintenance repair and installation service of building, grounds, engineering services and associated equipment throughout the SWFT Trust.

Working hours

Monday–Friday with opportunities for overtime and weekend working. Start and finish times 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Salary and benefits

£28,484.53 per annum (spot salary). A higher starting salary may be considered for candidates with exceptional skills and experience relevant to the role.

  • 27 days holiday, plus bank holidays and a voluntary pension scheme.
  • Other benefits: car lease scheme, Home & Electronics scheme, discounted leisure and travel, retail discounts and cycle to work scheme, 24/7 employee assistance programme.
  • Annual discretionary bonus may be awarded subject to performance.
  • Automatic enrolment to the company pension scheme with the company contributing 5%. Benefits available after the completion of the six‑month probationary period.
