Swegon Service is expanding its apprenticeship programme after four successful years of developing skilled Service Engineers. We’re now looking for a new apprentice to join our team in London & Southeast.

About The Role
You’ll be working towards the Level 3 Refrigeration, Air Conditioning and Heat Pump Engineering Technician qualification while supporting qualified Service Engineers across our Cooling, Ventilation, and Smoke & Fire Service departments.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Assisting engineers with maintenance, repair, commissioning, and service work on HVAC equipment
- Travelling to customer sites and company locations as required
- Supporting with collection and delivery of parts and consumables
- Attending workshops, training sessions, and off-site learning
- Completing all required coursework, tests, and assessments
- Keeping a record of your learning and building your evidence portfolio
- Following all company and site health & safety procedures, including dynamic risk assessments
- Building professional working relationships with customers and colleagues
Essential Requirements
- GCSE Grade 4 (or equivalent) in Maths, Science, and English
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Basic computer skills
- Fluent spoken and written English
