SweetzyLtd is a fast‑growing online confectionery brand founded in 2019 and based in Hethel, Norfolk. In 2025 we expanded our in‑house marketing team to match our rapid growth, and today we shipthousands of orders every weekto Pick ’n’ Mix lovers across the UK. Our HQ is laid out in several dedicated zones marketing, main office, production, packing, and a busy warehouse and we actively encourage the office and warehouse teams to work side‑by‑side so ideas travel as quickly as our sweets.
The Role
We\’re looking for someone wholives and breathes social media,someone creative, outgoing, and confident in front of the camera. You’ll be the face of Sweetzy across platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook, creating fun, high-quality content that captures attention and grows our audience. You’ll also be hosting live streams and working closely with our marketing manager to bring fresh ideas to life.
Key Responsibilities
- Create engaging video and photo content for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and more
- Be a confident on-camera personality and present regular live streams
- Keep up with social trends and apply them creatively to Sweetzy content
- Edit videos and imagery
- Collaborate with the marketing manager and wider team on campaigns
- Encourage team involvement in content creation
- Contribute original ideas regularly and help shape our social strategy
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience creating content across major social platforms
- Strong on-camera presence and live presenting skills
- Ability to spot and jump on relevant trends quickly
- Video editing skills (CapCut experience is a bonus)
- A fun, energetic, and playful personality
- A team player who’s full of ideas and confident leading content initiatives
