Purpose of the Role
In this exciting role, you\’ll support our organisation in strengthening internal communications, promoting engagement, and celebrating the achievements that make SweetTree special. You\’ll help deliver campaigns and initiatives that enhance colleague wellbeing, recognition, and professional excellence – ensuring our culture of quality care shines through everything we do., Supporting engaging internal communications that reflect our values, promote wellbeing, and keep teams connected.
- Creating and sharing inspiring content for newsletters, intranet updates, and social media.
- Helping to coordinate campaigns, events, and activities that support inclusion, recognition, and quality improvement.
- Assisting in the rollout of wellbeing and engagement platforms, and gathering feedback from colleagues and clients.
- Supporting projects that enhance onboarding, learning, and service excellence across the organisation.
Eligibility Criteria
- Some experience or studies in communications, training, or employee engagement.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
- Confident engaging with people at all levels and presenting ideas clearly.
- Organised, enthusiastic, and collaborative – a real team player with initiative.
- Interest in wellbeing, culture, or quality improvement is a big plus!
