SweetRush is seeking a learning and development leader to manage the end‑to‑end planning, development, and continuous improvement of global training solutions that support the effective adoption of Customer Engagement (CE) platforms within the Life Sciences sector.
Responsibilities
- Bridge the gap between technical CRM capabilities and business performance.
- Develop and maintain learning solutions that empower user adoption, productivity, and data‑driven decision‑making across the enterprise.
- Forge and maintain strategic partnerships with internal and external stakeholders and SMEs to align learning initiatives with organizational goals.
- Act as a key liaison between IT system owners, Business stakeholders, and local training leads to synchronize deployment timelines with learning interventions.
- Collaborate with the Centre of Excellence, Enterprise Learning, and Business Operations teams to deliver an integrated skills‑development approach.
- Participate in CRM, IT, and Business forums to anticipate technological transitions and keep training content current.
- Lead the design and development of learner‑centric programs and pathways that incorporate new technologies and enhancements.
- Oversee the macro design and validation of all training materials; coordinate with instructional designers and vendors to produce high‑quality simulations, e‑Learnings, eBooks, job aids, and video resources.
- Use learner feedback, analytics, and business insights to continuously refine training programs and improve the learner experience.
- Manage the execution of training projects and external vendor relationships, ensuring high‑quality, timely, and strategic delivery.
- Coordinate localization of training materials and manage version control across global markets and business units.
- Oversee compliance, legal, and medical review workflows while driving innovation with AI‑driven and adaptive learning modalities.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in L&D, Digital Enablement, or CRM Systems Training within the Pharma/Life Sciences sector.
- Advanced experience in conducting training needs analysis, applying adult learning principles, and managing the full learning design lifecycle.
- Proven ability to translate complex systems and technical business processes into digestible, high‑impact training content.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong knowledge of Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, and LMS platforms (e.g., SuccessFactors).
- Success operating in a complex global cross‑matrix environment, collaborating on change management and stakeholder alignment.
- A strategic, forward‑thinking, agile, and enterprise mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding goals.
- Demonstrated track record of developing people and driving performance, alongside strong solutions‑oriented skills.
- Expertise in professional communication and executive‑level presentation.
Bonus Skills
- Education or certification: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; Project Management certification preferred.
- Knowledge of Sana, Storyline, or AI‑enhanced training platforms.
- Familiarity with compliance and approval workflows in pharma (e.g., Promomats).
Success Metrics
- Timely updates of all CRM training materials and a reduction in content errors/compliance issues.
- Increased accuracy in learner pathway alignment and improvement in learner completion/engagement rates.
- Stakeholder and SME satisfaction with training accuracy, execution, and effectiveness.
