Boutique downtown Denver commercial litigation firm has an opening for a full-time commercial litigation attorney. We offer competitive compensation and an excellent benefits package including health, dental, and 401(k) contributions. Sweetbaum Miller PC is a leading commercial and real estate litigation firm providing services to a diverse client set. The ideal candidate will have litigation experience and be interested in working on complex commercial, real estate, and business litigation matters. We are looking for candidates with 4+ years of civil litigation experience who can hit the ground running. Must be admitted in Colorado. The ideal candidate will have strong familiarity with federal and state rules of procedure; possess excellent writing skills; and be comfortable taking depositions, briefing and arguing dispositive and discovery motions, and preparing for and conducting examinations at trial. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
