Role Overview
We’re looking for a creatively-minded graphic designer to join us on a part-time/freelance basis to support new product development (NPD) and wider brand design with a possibility for this to be a full time role. You’ll play a hands-on role shaping how our products look and feel – from packaging to product concepts to visual identity.
What You’ll Work On
- Designing packaging for new product launches, limited editions, and core SKUs.
- Developing labels, stickers, inserts, wrappers, and physical branding elements.
- Assisting with product mockups and visualisations for internal reviews and partner presentations.
- Brainstorming and executing new product formats or visual directions, with the Founder.
- Supportingmarketing visuals (e.g. campaign assets, POS material, printed matter).
- Helping maintain and evolve The Sweet Snob’s visual world balancing boldness, sophistication and play.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong eye for typography, colour, layout, and packaging
- Experience with packaging production and prepping files for print
- Confident working across both digital and print formats
- Able to take an idea from moodboard to mockup to print-ready file
- Interest in design-led consumer goods -food, beverage or beauty.
- Comfortable working directly with the founder in a fast-paced, ideas-first environment
- Availability: Must be available to commute to our office in Chiswick at least twice a week.

- Previous work in FMCG or design studios
- Passion for Sweets: A love for candies and confections is a bonus!
