Sweet Project Holdings Limited is looking for an experienced Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor to join the Commercial team under the newly appointed Commercial Director. This role will generally be multi-site based, across our patch of the M4 corridor, offering support and advice to the wider team, as well as helping to commercially manage our live projects.

Purpose
The primary responsibility of the Senior Quantity Surveyor (MEP) is the commercial management and administration of assigned works or tasks. The role focuses on:
- Optimising profitability by managing allocated projects or packages, ensuring the efficient implementation and commercial oversight of tasks and contracts.
- The provision of accurate and timely commercial reports and advice to the management team whilst ensuring the contract achieves the appropriate commercial targets.
Key responsibilities include overseeing commercial reporting in line with the company’s requirements and standards, including cost planning.
