The predicted salary is between 800 - 1400 £ per month.
This is an apprentice role to study for a Level 3 Apprentice in Childcare. The role requires 4 days a week at Sweet Peas where you will receive support and training. One day a week is spent at Bedford College. The apprenticeship will take 18 months.
We are looking for a multitasking superhero to join our fantastic team. The right candidate will have a passion to work with children, patience, be reliable and a team player. As part of our team, you will be involved with the day to day running of the Pre‑School, including helping to co‑ordinate the provision of a caring, safe, secure and stimulating environment. You will work in partnership with the team to ensure high standards are maintained within the setting.
Essential Criteria- Ability to learn new skills & study
- Excellent communication skills
- We will require you to complete basic safeguarding and prevent training
- Ability to record keep
- Work in partnership with parents/carers and other family members
- Be patient, enthusiastic and physically fit for the role
- Previous experience of working with young children
- Knowledge of the EYFS
- Additional training in Food Hygiene
- Additional training in Paediatric First Aid
