We are looking for caring and committed Early Years Practitioners to join our lovely Sweet Peas Day Care & Teaching Nurseries team in Rothwell (LS26) and Garforth (LS25). Whether you're qualified or just starting your Early Years journey, you'll find the support, encouragement and training you need to succeed.
As an Early Years Practitioner, you will help create a warm, stimulating environment where children feel safe, included, and confident to explore. You'll work as part of a close-knit team to bring learning to life through play, creativity, and curiosity.
You’ll have:
- Fixed full-time hours with a regular day off each week
- OR Flexible Bank Team shifts, with full training if you’re unqualified.

The Person
We welcome:
- Level 3 qualified applicants (preferred).
- Level 2 or those working towards Level 3.
- Unqualified applicants for Bank Team roles.
You’ll need:
- Good communication and teamwork
- Reliability and a caring nature
- Knowledge of EYFS helpful, not essential
- Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain)
