Handyman/woman/Maintenance

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Handy Man/Woman to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintenance and repair tasks in our properties, ensuring they are in good working order.

• Conducting routine maintenance tasks such as painting, plumbing, and carpentry work

• Repairing equipment or appliances as needed

• Performing general cleaning and upkeep of properties

• Handling minor electrical issues

• Responding promptly to maintenance requests

• Collaborating with contractors and other professionals when necessary

• Proven experience as a Handy Man or similar role

• Proficiency in a variety of maintenance skills including plumbing, carpentry, and electrical work

• Strong problem-solving abilities

• Excellent time management skills

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Desirable Skills:

• Knowledge of health and safety regulations

• Good communication skills

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: £12.50-£17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 – 20 per week
