Sweet Jerk is seeking a Front of House Manager to own the floor, lead a team, and ensure every guest enjoys the Sweet Jerk experience from door to exit. You’ll work with the Restaurant and Kitchen Managers to keep FOH sharp, organised, and full of energy during every service.
The role requires 2+ years managing a FOH team of 5+ people, with proven ability to run busy services, handle cashing up, and manage rosters and training.
