The Role: This is an exciting opportunity for a degree-educated, highly creative designer at the beginning of their career to gain hands-on experience within a dynamic brand environment. You’ll work closely with our Lead Designer to execute visually compelling assets across digital, social, print and packaging, helping ensure our brand feels consistent, elevated and engaging at every stage of the customer journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the creation of on-brand visual assets across:
- Social media (Instagram, paid ads, reels, stories)
- Website and email marketing
- Print materials (POSM, leaflets, inserts, retail collateral)
- Packaging and product artwork
About You:
- Degree educated in Graphic Design or a related creative discipline
- A strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, attention to detail and an eye for aesthetics
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
- A genuine passion for branding, storytelling and visual identity
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- A proactive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate within a small team
Desirable (but not essential):
- Experience with motion graphics or video editing (e.g. After Effects, CapCut)
- Understanding of social-first content and what performs well on platforms like Instagram
- Interest in wellness, beauty or organic living
