Sweet Bee Organics is seeking a senior, commercially minded Global Head of Brand, PR & Partnerships to lead how the brand shows up in the world. This role owns brand narrative, visibility, credibility, and strategic partnerships across the UK and US, with a clear mandate to drive brand heat, trust, and long-term value.
This is a leadership role for someone who understands that brand is not aesthetics alone. It is reputation, relevance, and reach.
The role
You will be responsible for shaping and executing Sweet Bee Organics’ global brand strategy, ensuring consistency while allowing for market nuance. You will sit at the intersection of brand, communications, PR, partnerships, and cultural relevance.
Key responsibilities include:
- Owning and evolving the global brand strategy across all touchpoints
- Leading PR strategy across the UK and US, including agency management, press relationships, and founder profiling
- Building and managing high-impact partnerships with aligned brands, retailers, practitioners, and cultural voices
- Developing brand storytelling that strengthens trust, authority, and emotional connection
- Overseeing launches, campaigns, and moments that generate earned attention
- Managing brand guidelines and ensuring consistency across markets
- Working closely with the CEO, COO, and marketing leadership on long-term brand value
Who we’re looking for
- Senior experience in brand, PR, or communications within a premium consumer brand
- Proven track record of building brand equity, not just awareness
- Strong PR instincts with an existing network of press and cultural contacts
- Experience structuring and negotiating strategic partnerships
- Highly strategic thinker with strong execution capability
- Confident operating at leadership level with founders and investors
- Comfortable in fast-growth, founder-led environments
Location & working style
UK-based preferred. Hybrid or remote with regular in-person time as required. Occasional travel across the UK and US.
