The role: We’re looking for a talented and creative in-house photographer and videographer to join our team in Frome, Somerset. You’ll be responsible for producing high-quality imagery and engaging video content that brings our brand to life, from product and lifestyle photography to short-form video content for paid and organic platforms. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a hands-on studio environment, enjoys creative freedom, and has a strong eye for brand storytelling through both still and moving imagery.
What you'll do:
- Photograph products, ingredients, and lifestyle setups in our in-house studio
- Capture model and brand photography for campaigns and e-commerce
- Film and edit short-form video content for advertising
- Create engaging visuals and video assets for social media, website, and email marketing
- Plan and execute creative shoots that reflect the brand’s tone and aesthetic
- Edit and retouch images and videos to a professional standard
- Organise and manage visual assets for use across multiple channels
- Collaborate closely with our marketing and design teams to bring visual ideas to life
What we're looking for:
- Proven experience as a commercial/product photographer and videographer
- Strong portfolio showcasing product, lifestyle, and creative visual work
- Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, or similar)
- Strong understanding of lighting, composition, and visual storytelling
- Ability to interpret and maintain a consistent brand style across formats
- Self-motivated, organised, and able to manage your own workflow
- Based within a commutable distance of Frome, Somerset
Nice to have:
- Experience with social ad content creation (Meta, Instagram, TikTok)
- Interest in wellness, sustainability, and natural living
- Familiarity with studio lighting and product styling
