Sweet Bee Organics is a fast-growing, global mission‑led wellness brand creating beautiful, organic, handmade products designed to lift the mind, body, and soul. Founded in the UK and expanding rapidly in the US, we are scaling thoughtfully, commercially, and operationally. We are entering a new phase of international growth – strengthening infrastructure while preserving the entrepreneurial, values‑led spirit that defines us.
About the role: Sweet Bee is a fast‑growing wellness brand where community and creator relationships are central to building trust, awareness, and long‑term loyalty. Influencers and affiliates play a key role in our growth, and we’re looking for a highly organised, proactive Coordinator to support our affiliate programme, influencer and creator database, and assist the wider Creative & Social team. This entry‑level role is ideal for someone eager to build a career in influencer marketing and brand partnerships. You’ll manage the day‑to‑day coordination of affiliate and influencer gifting, ensuring smooth onboarding, efficient product sending, and strong relationship management, while working closely with the Creative & Social team on campaigns, launches, and ongoing content needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordination: Support the day‑to‑day running of the affiliate programme, including onboarding affiliates, managing tracking links, databases and performance reporting, handling queries, coordinating influencer gifting, tracking deliveries, collecting content, and maintaining accurate influencer and creator records (contacts, performance, usage rights, and gifting history).
- Creative, Social and Admin Support: Assist the Creative & Social team with briefing creators, organising UGC for organic and paid use, supporting community management during campaigns, identifying new creators, and keeping all trackers, calendars, shared folders, and campaign admin organised and up to date.
What we’re looking for:
- Entry‑level role - previous experience in influencer marketing, social or PR is a plus but not essential
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Genuinely interested in influencers, creators and social media
- Confident communicator, both written and verbal
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets, trackers and databases
- Proactive, reliable and eager to learn
- Interested in wellness, beauty or lifestyle brands
What you can expect:
- Hands‑on experience in influencer and affiliate marketing
- Exposure to both performance and brand‑led marketing
- A collaborative, fast‑moving environment with room to grow
- Hybrid working, with time in the office to stay connected
Why this role matters:
This role matters because it supports the creator and affiliate relationships that drive trust, awareness, and long‑term loyalty for Sweet Bee. By keeping programmes organised and relationships running smoothly, it helps ensure influencer and affiliate activity is effective, consistent, and scalable. The role also enables the Creative and Social team to deliver strong campaigns and content, directly contributing to brand growth, community engagement, and customer acquisition.
