About Sweet Bee:
Sweet Bee Organics is a fast-growing, global mission-led wellness brand creating beautiful, organic, handmade products designed to lift the mind, body, and soul. Founded in the UK and expanding rapidly in the US, we are scaling thoughtfully, commercially, and operationally. We are entering a new phase of international growth – strengthening infrastructure while preserving the entrepreneurial, values-led spirit that defines us.
About the role:
Sweet Bee is entering an exciting phase of growth, and our operations function plays a critical role in ensuring we scale efficiently while maintaining a high-quality customer experience. As we transition to a 3PL model, strong fulfillment, inventory management, and operational alignment are key to supporting our expanding DTC, Amazon, TikTok Shop, and wholesale channels.
We’re looking for a hands-on Supply Chain & Fulfilment Manager to take ownership of day-to-day fulfillment operations on-site. This role will manage our 3PL partner, oversee on-site warehouse and packaging activities, and ensure smooth, accurate, and timely order fulfilment across all channels. Reporting to the UK Head of Operations, this role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to take ownership of operational performance while developing team leadership experience. You’ll also collaborate closely with our US team to align processes, share best practices, and support future international growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Fulfilment & 3PL Management: Manage the 3PL relationship, acting as the first point of escalation, tracking KPIs, reviewing invoices with Finance, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives to optimise performance.
- Warehouse & Team Leadership: Oversee on-site warehouse and packaging operations, managing workflows, capacity, and daily output while mentoring and developing the packaging team.
- Inventory & Finance Alignment: Maintain accurate stock levels across ERP and 3PL systems, lead monthly reconciliations, support month-end reporting, manage Material Master Data, and communicate stock updates across the business.
- Reporting & Analysis: Produce regular operational reports, track KPIs, and analyse performance trends using Excel or Google Sheets to support data-driven decision making.
- Planning & Cross-Functional Collaboration: Support forecasting, stock planning, and operational capacity, working closely with Procurement, Production, Finance, and the Head of Operations to ensure alignment.
- Systems & Operational Projects: Assist with ERP implementation, improve SOPs, and contribute to operational projects that drive efficiency, scalability, and process standardisation.
- International Alignment: Partner with the US team to align KPIs, standardise processes, and share operational best practices across regions.
What we’re looking for:
- Experience in supply chain, warehouse, or fulfilment operations, including 3PL management
- Hands-on experience with inventory control, ERP systems, and stock reconciliations
- Strong analytical and reporting skills, with confidence using Excel or Google Sheets
- Experience leading or developing a small operational or warehouse team
- Exposure to forecasting, planning, or capacity management
- Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, on-site environment
What you can expect:
- A hands-on supporting fulfilment and operational performance during a key growth phase
- Opportunity to lead and develop a small on-site team
- Exposure to multi-channel operations across DTC, marketplaces, and wholesale
- Collaboration with international teams and involvement in global process alignment
- A fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment with strong opportunities for growth
Why this role matters:
This role is critical in ensuring that Sweet Bee’s fulfilment and supply chain operations run smoothly, efficiently, and at scale. By managing 3PL performance, maintaining inventory accuracy, and leading on-site operations, it directly impacts customer experience, operational efficiency, and business performance. It also plays a key role in enabling sustainable growth across multiple sales channels and regions, ensuring the business is well-positioned to expand while maintaining operational excellence.
