  • Bioavailability & Efficacy: Optimize the delivery and absorption of active botanicals and minerals, ensuring our products deliver measurable wellness results.
  • Technical Translation: Work closely with our internal marketing and claims team to translate the science into customer friendly and desirable language.
  • Scale-Up Excellence: Lead the transition of supplement and food batches from the lab bench to full-scale manufacturing, maintaining consistency and cost-efficiency.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Education: Degree (BSc or higher preferred) in Food Science, Nutrition, Biochemistry, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven track record in supplement formulation and successfully bringing products to the market, specifically within the natural or organic sector.
  • Mindset: Highly creative and detail-oriented, comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, and a passion for redefining the "clean" supplement market.
  • Desirable: Experience working with organic or natural certification bodies (e.g., Soil Association, COSMOS). Experience managing relationships with UK and US regulatory consultants and testing labs. Passion for wellness, sustainability, and creating meaningful, science-led products.
