Read on if you’re a hacker‑minded i OS engineer who ships weekly, owns problems end‑to‑end, and performs best in uncharted waters.

Humanity needs a defense layer against increasingly intelligent machines around us.

Without it, the systems and devices we rely on can—and will—turn against us.

Join Sweep to build that layer and safeguard the freedoms that let people live, work, travel, create, and operate in a rapidly shifting world.

As our i OS Engineer , you’ll build and deploy systems that already protect some of the world’s highest‑stakes teams — from decision‑makers to elite market‑movers and frontline journalists, to chart‑topping artists, record‑breaking athletes, and history‑bending scientists.

Together, we’ll redefine cyber‑physical security for the AI age.

  • Why You Should Join
  • Mission & Impact – Operate with the intensity of Bletchley Park—high stakes, rapid tempo, and zero room for failure.

Deploy code in support of missions and in places you’ll never discuss, but never forget.

  • Innovation Ground‑Zero – Push the frontier of embedded systems, RF sensing, spatial intelligence, Io T hardware, and on‑device AI.

You’ll invent net‑new capabilities, not just iterate.

  • Founding Ownership – Join the first ten engineers.

Shape culture, engineering standards, architecture, and the hardware foundations that keep humans in control of autonomous machines.

  • What You’ll Do
  • Build mission‑critical, high‑performance i OS systems using Swift, ARKit, UIKit, and Swift UI.
  • Develop scalable, maintainable solutions leveraging robust design patterns (MVC, MVVM, VIPER).
  • Integrate advanced sensors, location‑based services, and AI for real‑time threat detection and defense.
  • Own the i OS user experience end‑to‑end — from rough concepts and rapid prototypes to polished interfaces and fluid animations.
  • Implement rigorous testing (XCTest), automation, and continuous deployment pipelines.
  • Optimize relentlessly for speed, reliability, and exceptional user experience.
  • Directly engage elite users — expect about 10% global travel.
  • Must‑Have
  • Mastery in Swift and Objective‑C; deep understanding of Human Interface Guidelines and performance optimization.
  • 5+ years shipping robust, production‑grade i OS applications.
  • Startup urgency: Independent, accountable, relentless execution.
  • U. S. Person status required (may involve export‑controlled data).
  • Nice‑to‑Have
  • Working ability with Figma (prototyping interactions, not full‑time design).
  • Experience with ARKit, Metal shading, Combine, Accessibility and spatial computing technologies.
  • Proven record optimizing i OS performance under demanding conditions.
  • Code‑quality obsession (Sonar Qube or similar).
  • Localization/multi‑language support for global deployments.
