Sweep is hiring a Revenue Operations Specialist to run our commercial infrastructure like a product. We are looking for a process architect with a Product Management and AI-first mindset to bring Agile methodology, sprint discipline, and iterative improvement to our Revenue Operations. You will sit within the Revenue Operations team, acting as the "Product Owner" for our internal revenue systems. This role is essential for ensuring our commercial engine is not just maintained, but actively developed through structured sprints, clear requirements, and user-centric design.

What will I be doing? You will be the bridge between business strategy and technical execution, applying Product Management and AI innovation to RevOps. Your core mission is to drive the strategic evolution of our commercial infrastructure. Acting as the Product Owner for Revenue, you will define a roadmap that aligns system capabilities with Sweep’s long‑term growth objectives. You will empower our Sales, Finance, and CS teams with a scalable, high‑performance platform that turns operational efficiency into a competitive advantage. To be more specific, this includes:

  • Agile Project Management & Sprint Planning
    • Run RevOps like a Product Team: Break down strategic projects into executable user stories and tasks suitable for 2-week sprints.
    • Sprint Leadership: Lead sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives. Define scope, estimate effort, and sequence work based on business value.
    • Backlog Management: Maintain a prioritized backlog of improvements and fixes, managing stakeholder expectations on delivery timelines.
    • Delivery & Coordination: Track project milestones, communicate progress, and coordinate with external partners (e.g., Salesforce consultants) to ensure on‑time delivery.
  • Process Design & Documentation
    • System Architecture: Design and document scalable revenue processes (lead‑to‑cash, invoicing, renewals, compensation) that serve as the "blueprint" for our growth.
    • Knowledge Management: Create and maintain the RevOps "Product Documentation" (process maps, workflows, SOPs) in Notion, ensuring it is the single source of truth.
    • Continuous Improvement: Identify process gaps and inefficiencies proactively; treat them as "bugs" or "features" to be addressed in future sprints.
  • Business Analysis & Requirements Gathering
    • Stakeholder Liaison: Act as the primary interface between business stakeholders (Sales, Finance, CS) and the technical configuration team.
    • Requirements Engineering: Gather complex business needs and translate them into clear, technical user stories and specifications for SFDC Admins.
    • Quality Assurance: Define acceptance criteria and test scenarios. Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure "features" work as intended before release.
    • Feedback Loops: Coordinate feedback from internal users to iterate on processes and tools.
  • AI Strategy & GTM Efficiency
    • Internal Efficiency: Leverage AI tools to automate administrative friction within the RevOps function (e.g., data cleaning, formula generation, documentation assistance), ensuring the Ops team runs leaner and faster.
    • GTM Enablement: Act as a champion for AI adoption across Sales and CS. Help identify and implement AI features that support the GTM journey (e.g., call summarization, email drafting, account research).
    • Tool Optimization: Evaluate our tech stack to ensure we are maximizing the native AI capabilities of our existing tools (Salesforce, Sales Engagement platforms) to reduce manual work for reps.

At Sweep, artificial intelligence is part of how we work, learn, and build. Every team member uses AI tools daily to speed up operations, improve decision making, and unlock creativity. We don’t expect you to be an expert on day one, but we do expect curiosity, a willingness to experiment, and the desire to use AI as a true partner in your work. We’re looking for candidates who already have hands‑on experience with AI tools in a professional setting. You should be comfortable using AI to support your daily work, enhance productivity, and create new solutions.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 5 to 7 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Product Management, or Business Systems Analysis in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Agile Expertise: Deeply familiar with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Experience running sprints, managing backlogs, and acting as a Product Owner for internal tools.
  • AI Literacy: Comfortable using Generative AI to accelerate workflows and envision its impact on GTM teams.
  • Process Architecture: Proven track record of mapping complex business processes and translating them into technical requirements.
  • Technical Fluency: Strong understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem. Must understand architecture enough to write detailed specs.
  • Communication: Skilled translator of business, technical, and product perspectives.
  • Documentation: Proficiency in Notion highly preferred.

Qualities

  • Product Mindset: Focus on the user experience of internal teams. Want the sales process to feel seamless.
  • Tech‑Forward: Curiosity about emerging tech; constantly seeking ways to use AI to work smarter.
  • Structured & Disciplined: Brings order to chaos through rigorous planning and documentation.
  • Hands‑on Problem Solver: Self‑motivated and ready to dig into details to unblock the team.
  • Empathetic Team Player: Builds lasting relationships across departments.
  • Remote‑Ready: Attuned to remote collaboration and meticulous about documenting work.
