Sweep is hiring a Senior Product Marketing Manager to turn our products into stories our teams can sell. You will own activation, which includes the external messaging, launch plans, assets and tools that equip the sales team, and content that puts our products in front of the right buyers. Your job is to take what is true about our products and make it land in the field.

You will work closely with an established member of the team who focuses on market and customer research, product communications, and competitive intelligence. You will take that work and turn it into what our sales and marketing teams need to win. You will also divide and conquer product launches together.

This is a senior role for someone who is genuinely AI-fluent. You use AI every day to work faster and sharper. You can also explain the value of AI-based products to a customer in plain language, without the hype.

What will I be doing? You will be the person who makes our products easy to understand, easy to sell, and hard to ignore. Day to day, that looks like this:

  • Own external messaging and positioning
    • Make our products make sense to the people who buy them.
    • Build clear positioning and value narratives for our products and solutions.
    • Translate features into customer value, in language a buyer actually uses.
    • Keep the message consistent across sales, marketing, and the website.
  • Lead product launches
    • Bring new products and features to market with a plan, not a scramble.
    • Own go-to-market launch plans from positioning through to rollout.
    • Coordinate across product, marketing, sales, and design so launches land.
    • Define the story, the assets, and the timing for every launch.
  • Equip the sales team
    • Give the field the assets, tools, and messaging that help them win.
    • Build the assets reps actually use: pitch decks, one-pagers, battlecards, talk tracks, demo scripts.
    • Enable the sales team on the assets, tools, and messaging you create for them.
    • Sit close to the field, learn what wins in real deals, and sharpen the assets.
  • Fuel marketing campaigns
    • Give marketing the content that makes campaigns convert.
    • Produce the content that powers demand generation and field marketing.
    • Shape the product angle for campaigns, webinars, and events.
    • Partner with content and brand to keep the quality bar high.
  • Be a voice for the product
    • Act as a thought leader for what we build.
    • Represent our products externally: webinars, events, customer conversations.
    • Build points of view that position Sweep as the expert, not just a vendor.
    • Feed the market back into product and marketing so we keep getting sharper.

What success looks like in year one:

  • Sales has messaging and assets they actually use, and can tell you why they win.
  • Every major launch ships with a clear plan and the assets to back it.
  • Our product story is consistent from the first ad to the signed contract.
  • You are the go-to person for "how do we talk about this?".

What do I need to bring?

This is who we’re looking for:

  • Qualifications
    • 5+ years in product marketing, solutions marketing, or a closely related B2B SaaS marketing role.
    • A track record of building sales enablement that teams actually use.
    • Experience owning product launches from positioning through to rollout.
    • Proven ability to turn product capabilities into clear customer value.
    • Real AI fluency: you use AI tools daily in your own work, and you can articulate the customer value of AI-based products.
    • Excellent writing. You make complex products simple without dumbing them down.
  • Qualities
    • You start from the customer, not the feature list.
    • You are a builder. You would rather ship a useful asset than write the perfect brief.
    • You prioritize by impact. You would rather move the one thing that matters than stay busy with ten that don't.
    • You are genuinely AI-fluent. Using AI to work faster and sharper is second nature.
    • You work well at the seam between product, marketing, and sales, and you can influence without owning.
    • You have opinions and can defend them, but you hold them loosely when the evidence changes.
    • You move fast and bring others with you.
  • A plus
    • Experience in sustainability, ESG, or climate tech.
    • Familiarity with selling to enterprise buyers and to compliance-driven buyers.
    • Fluency in one or more European languages beyond English: German, French, Spanish, or others.
