Sweep is hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR), based in London, tasked with generating sales opportunities for account executives by identifying, contacting, and qualifying potential prospects, and onboarding lots of companies ready to create a better future for all of us. Our ideal candidate has experience in a sales development role, is hungry for success, loves challenges, is well organized and analytical, enjoys investigating customer needs, and demonstrates excellent interpersonal skills. Sweep maps climate and ESG data across an entire business to reduce carbon emissions, improve social and environmental performance, and create audit-ready reports to run the best sustainability programs. Sweep enables companies to build resilience to global challenges with technology.
Responsibilities
- Identify leads
- Map accounts with the right personas
- Manage data of prospective clients in the CRM (Salesforce)
- Organise prospecting campaigns with the marketing team
- Prospect and reach out to prospects using all relevant channels, with a skew towards cold calling
- Identify the right messaging to trigger a conversation
- Launch multi-thread outbound campaigns with compelling follow-ups
- Report on campaign results and propose ways to improve conversion rates
- Qualify prospects to ensure they fit the target profile
- Highlight Sweep's value to raise interest and qualify business opportunities
- Book meetings with Account Executives
- Ensure all communications are logged in the CRM and information is accurate
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in sales and business development
- Experience in software-as-a-service environments, ideally in the B2B Enterprise space
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills with a consultative sales approach
- Experience working closely with multi-disciplinary teams
- Knowledge of CSR and climate change is a plus
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in Swedish & English
