Join to apply for the Product Manager role at SWEEP. Sweep is hiring a Product Manager to help us grow our sustainability data management platform. At Sweep, our mission is to empower businesses to become Forever Companies — creating long‐term value while reducing environmental impact and improving social performance. Climate change is the defining challenge of our time, and we believe that businesses can drive meaningful change with the right tools and insights.

Our platform maps climate and ESG data across entire organizations, enabling them to track, disclose, and take action. By turning sustainability into a competitive advantage, Sweep helps businesses build better, audit‐ready programs that contribute to a more sustainable future for everyone. Together, we can make a difference.

The role is ideally based in London, with at least one day per week in the office. Alternatively, it may be based in Paris under the same hybrid arrangement, as we also have offices there.

What will I be doing?

At Sweep, product development is a highly collaborative effort between engineering, design and our customer‐facing teams. From articulating ideas to shipping them as final product features, you'll actively contribute to the roadmap and its execution, and keep every stakeholder aligned through clear communication. As AI‐driven capabilities become an increasing part of our product, you will also contribute to shaping, validating, and delivering AI‐powered features that create tangible value for our users.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the definition and communication of the product vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with company goals, market needs, and emerging opportunities such as AI‐enabled use cases.
  • Develop and maintain the product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements based on customer feedback, business goals, technical feasibility, and data‐informed insights.
  • Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and other teams to ensure successful product development and launch.
  • Gather and define product requirements, translating user problems into clear specifications and user stories, with particular attention to explainability, reliability, and user trust for AI‐powered features.
  • Track product performance metrics, analyze data and qualitative feedback, and implement changes to continuously improve our product.
  • Regularly update stakeholders on product progress, challenges, and successes, managing expectations and securing necessary buy‐in and support.
  • Identify and socialize improvements to our ways of working within and outside the Product organisation.

At Sweep, artificial intelligence is part of how we work, learn, and build. Every team member uses AI tools daily to speed up operations, improve decision making, and unlock creativity. We don't expect you to be an expert on day one, but we do expect curiosity, a willingness to experiment, and the desire to use AI as a true partner in your work. Whether it's analyzing information, drafting content, improving workflows, designing better employee experiences, or supporting distributed teams, you'll use AI to work faster and smarter. We provide guidance, tools, and best practices so you can get the most out of it.

We're looking for candidates who already have hands‐on experience with AI tools in a professional setting. You should be comfortable using AI to support your daily work, enhance productivity, and create new solutions. If you naturally reach for AI to amplify what you do, you'll feel right at home here.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in software‐as‐a‐service environments, ideally in the B2B space.
  • Proficient in English, French is a bonus.
  • Solid understanding of user research principles, problem framing, and requirements elicitation.
  • Experience collaborating closely with engineering teams on complex or data‐driven features.
  • Exposure to AI‐powered products, automation, or advanced analytics, either through direct product work or close collaboration with technical teams.
  • Proven ability to coordinate across multiple teams and facilitate ideation or discovery workshops.

Qualities

  • Fantastic communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Passion for sustainability and a commitment to driving positive ESG impact through product innovation.
  • Empathetic and people‐oriented mindset, to ensure a positive experience throughout each customer interaction.
  • Curiosity and pragmatism when approaching AI: focused on real user value rather than hype.
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity, with a strong sense of ownership and quality.
  • Open to constructive feedback, eager to learn, and motivated to continuously improve.
  • Enthusiastic, self‐motivated, and able to work with a high degree of autonomy.
