Sweep is hiring an AI Acceleration Program Manager to fast-track our internal AI transformation and help teams unlock AI's full potential. Climate change is the defining challenge of our era, and technology is at the centre of the fight. As an AI Acceleration Program Manager at Sweep, you will play a critical role in our AI transformation journey. You will translate vision into execution: coordinate AI initiatives, support business units to successfully adopt and leverage AI tools to drive impact and build AI literacy across our organisation. This role offers exceptional learning opportunities in cutting-edge AI technology, organisational change management, and cross-functional program leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the central coordination point between Business Leads, AI Champions, and the central AI Engineering team.
  • Build strong relationships with Business Leads & AI Champions to understand their automation needs and challenges.
  • Support change management activities for AI tool rollouts, ensuring smooth adoption and user buy-in.
  • Monitor AI industry trends and emerging use cases; bring that innovation inspiration to business teams.
  • Support the AI Champions network with training materials and communication.
  • Facilitate cross-functional workshops to identify high-impact automation opportunities across Growth, Marketing, HR, Finance and Product teams.
  • Assist decision-making on custom agent & automation development requests, balancing business value against technical capacity.
  • Gather qualitative and quantitative feedback on AI tool effectiveness; translate insights into actionable improvements.
  • Organise hands-on training sessions for our AI literacy programs.
  • Create documentation, best-practice guides and training materials.
  • Help manage the AI initiative pipeline: track program timelines, milestones, deliverables and dependencies.
  • Coordinate meetings and maintain project communication channels.
  • Track and report on AI adoption metrics, project progress and ROI of AI projects.
  • Coordinate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders throughout build cycles.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Technology or related field.
  • 2-3 years of professional experience, including 1+ year in project/program management, preferably in tech or software environments.
  • Strong interest in AI/Technology and eagerness to learn; demonstrated experience in AI tools or technology rollouts is a strong plus.
  • Understanding of agentic AI, automation workflows or similar emerging technologies (hands-on experience is a strong plus).
  • Proficiency in English; French is a plus.
