Key Responsibilities
- Process new business following company procedures and processes.
- Maintain relationships with clients and enhance the company\’s profile in the community.
- Handle new and existing client communications and queries.
- Support and manage new and existing enquiries.
- Develop and maintain internal relationships to ensure business flow and meet agreed targets.
- Support onboarding of new clients into the business.
- Maintain client review communications.
- Work with the Client Services team to address client and internal queries.
- Support delivery and achievement of client service standards.
- Communicate client improvement feedback and maintain records.
- Manage individual workflow and task delivery.
