You’ll Be Responsible For
- Assist with security tasks such as password resets, multi-factor authentication and cyber security management.
- Document tasks and escalations using a ticketing system and provide support to internal users via phone, email, and ticketing.
- Setting up new machines, and eventually supporting network devices like routers, firewalls, and switches.
- Monitor and update IT systems and databases.
- Assist with VPN troubleshooting.
- Document IT processes and user guides clearly and accurately.
