  • Have strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Take a practical and collaborative approach to problem-solving.
  • Be commercially aware and confident developing positive relationships with clients and project teams.
  • Be a positive role model who is keen to support and develop less experienced engineers. Lead by example.

Most importantly, we’re looking for someone who will work well with our team, share our people-focused approach and be excited to grow with us.

What’s in it for you?

You’ll experience an inclusive, friendly and flexible working environment where colleagues are encouraged to grow and develop.

A meaningful job where you’ll help to transform society by being a trusted consultant to our clients.
