About the Role: Graduate Environmental Consultant – a role based in our Edinburgh office. The role is part of our Early Careers Graduate Scheme, a two‑year blended learning programme.

Responsibilities:

  • Help deliver Environmental Impact Assessments (EIA) across a range of projects.
  • Coordinate tasks such as site visits, land access and consultations.
  • Collect baseline data, conduct consultations and produce reports.
  • Attend and participate in meetings and site visits.

Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate degree in Environmental Science, EIA or a related subject.
  • Knowledge or experience with EIAs.
  • Additional Master’s degree is advantageous but not essential.
  • Less than 12 months of relevant work experience (excluding placements).
  • Ability to work in the UK without restrictions.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint).
  • Proactive, solution‑oriented, and collaborative mindset.
