Sweco is seeking a Design Manager to lead a multi‑disciplinary engineering team delivering potable water non‑infrastructure projects under AMP8.

You will set design direction, develop project plans, and manage resources to ensure successful delivery.

Ideal candidates will have an engineering degree, Chartered status or progression toward it, and strong leadership and communication skills within the UK water sector.

Hybrid working arrangements are available.
