Our water engineering consultants are world leaders, meeting increasing demands for drinking water, waste recycling and operational technology asset management. The position will be in our large and established, expanding Water Infrastructure design team based in Bristol City Centre. We deliver a wide range of multi-disciplinary projects ranging in value from £1 million - £50 million. This will provide a great opportunity to experience a broad range of projects that will give you the development opportunities that you will need for a successful career in Water design.
We'll work with you to develop your technical expertise so that you can become a real Difference Maker and develop sustainable and innovative solutions to address these issues. As an Apprentice BIM Technician, you will enter a supportive and collaborative environment where you will work alongside experienced engineers and digital delivery professionals. You will be integral to providing detailed designs for water-related projects across the UK.
What does the role involve?
- Learn to create 3D models using Revit, Civil 3D, Plant 3D, and other authorised applications under senior colleagues' guidance.
- Assist in federating models within Navisworks, Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), and similar platforms.
- Collaborate with multi-disciplinary Engineers to solve complex challenges.
- Ensure BIM standards and the quality of modelled information meet client requirements.
- Assist in preparing output documentation, including detailed design plans and federated models.

What do you need to apply?
- A*-C grade in a relevant subject such as Maths, Science, Design Technology.
- Have GCSE Grade C or 4 and above in English and Maths (or equivalent).
- Can work in the UK with no restrictions.
- Are happy to be in the office on your non-study days; at this level this is really important for your development.
