Become part of our society. We are currently looking for an organised and motivated Administrator to support our Bristol office. Due to the nature of the work this is a fully office based role.

What does the role involve?

  • As part of our National Team, you will support the business by answering and transferring telephone calls in a professional manner providing a seamless call service for the Group.
  • You will be responsible for the general supervision of the office areas and meeting rooms, greeting visitors, organising refreshments and catering requirements, tidying meeting rooms and replenishing office supplies.
  • You will also be required to collaborate with the wider admin team across the UK.
  • Updating key project SharePoint platforms which support the business ensuring business critical information is managed efficiently.
  • Monitoring the general mailboxes.
  • Booking travel and accommodation.
  • Document production, including printing, scanning and binding.
  • Arranging couriers and handling incoming and outgoing post.
  • Preparing documents for archive.
  • Ordering stationery.
  • Ordering PPE.
  • Carrying out new starter inductions.
  • Booking CSCS tests and processing applications.
  • Assisting with managing the office events bookings.
  • Assisting with H&S Rep duties.
  • Office fire warden (training to be provided).
  • Interaction with the facilities team if changes are taking place in the office.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have Experience in a similar role along with excellent written and verbal communication skills with a good level of competency with O365 SharePoint Platforms and Microsoft Office packages including Word, Outlook and Excel. This is a responsible role and we are looking for someone who is focused, takes pride in their work, is self-reliant and works with a high level of efficiency.
