Responsibilities
- Work on a variety of schemes spanning healthcare, education, leisure, retail, commercial and energy conservation.
- Attend design and site meetings.
- Manage workload and job manager responsibilities.
- Produce accurate documents including specifications, calculations, condition reports, and more.
Qualifications
- Degree in Building Services Engineering.
- Professional qualification with CIBSE or MIET (or working towards).
- Good working knowledge of Revit, Navisworks and clash detection.
- Demonstrable experience in a similar role.
- Ability to manage multiple projects meeting deadlines.
- Strong problem‑solving skills working with architects and contractors.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Up‑to‑date knowledge of the UK construction market.
