We are Sweepco, a Europe-leading design, engineering, environment and regulatory consultancy. Our Early Careers Graduate Scheme seeks a Graduate Environmental Consultant to join our Leeds office in November 2026. The role will be based in Leeds with flexible working – a minimum of three days per week in the office and the option to adjust start and finish times.

What does the role involve?

  • Assist in delivering Environmental Impact Assessments (EIAs) for a range of projects, coordinating tasks such as site visits, land access and consultation.
  • Conduct baseline data collection, facilitate consultations and prepare report writing.
  • Attend and participate in meetings and site visits as part of the EIA delivery process.

Qualifications

  • Undergraduate degree in Environmental Science, EIA or a related subject.
  • Knowledge or experience with EIAs.
  • A relevant Master’s degree is beneficial but not essential.
