We are now recruiting for the November 2026 cohort of our Early Careers Graduate Scheme. We are looking for a Graduate Engineer to join our Active Travel team in Edinburgh. We’d like to hear from graduates that share our ethos and values but are driven to truly transform the world around them.
What does the role involve? Our Active Travel team delivers safe, efficient, reliable and attractive active and sustainable transport services. In this role you will assist with the provision of a multidisciplinary consultancy service for Sweco’s active travel clients, supporting civil infrastructure engineering, including design of cycling and walking schemes, regeneration of urban infrastructure, feasibility studies, technical design, site supervision of construction and opportunities to undertake digital innovation.

What do you need to apply?
- Have a degree relevant to the role.
- Less than 12 months of relevant work experience (excluding placements).

- Can work in the UK without restrictions either now or in the future.
