Become part of our society. We are currently looking for a Bid Coordinator to independently coordinate and produce high quality bids and tenders across a range of projects and frameworks. This role could be based in our Maidenhead or London offices and can be worked flexibly with a minimum of three days a week in the office.
What does the role involve?
- Coordinating bids, tenders and framework opportunities through to submission.
- Producing bid documents using Adobe InDesign.
- Managing deadlines, inputs, and compliance.
- Liaising with engineers, project managers, and directors.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in bid or proposal coordination.
- Strong InDesign and document production skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A strong work ethic, can do attitude and the ability to follow process and manage multiple deadlines.
