I stillingen som teamchef får du en spændende mulighed for at påtage dig en rolle, der indebærer personaleledelse, tværfaglig koordinering og ledelse samt kommercielt ansvar. Du får dermed mulighed for at udnytte dine faglige kompetencer og ledelsesevner, som vil være afgørende for projekternes succes og medarbejdernes trivsel. Du vil spille en central rolle i at udvikle og implementere strategier, sikre kvaliteten i vores projekter og fremme et positivt arbejdsmiljø.
Ansvarsområder
- Daglig ledelse af teamet. Herunder ansvar for teamets faglige udvikling og trivsel.
- Ansvarlig for teamets økonomiske resultater, herunder cash flow og P/L.
- Kvalitetssikring og opfølgning på projekter i samarbejde med projektledere.
- Udvikling og vedligeholdelse af kunderelationer med særligt fokus på nøglekunder.
- Ledelse af salgs- og tilbudsarbejde samt opfølgning på Pipeline Management og vores Win Business-proces.
- Udarbejdelse af udviklingsplaner for teamet i samarbejde med afdelingschefen baseret på afdelingens strategi.
- Aktiv deltagelse i afdelingens business plan og ledelse på operativt niveau.
Kvalifikationer
- En inkluderende og empatisk ledelsesstil. Ideelt set har du allerede erfaring med personaleledelse, men det er ikke krav.
- Evne og ikke mindst lyst til at være kulturbærer og rollemodel for teamet.
- Evne til at tage rettidige og reflekterede beslutninger.
- Evne til at være proaktiv. Derudover omstillingsparat og effektiv handlende, når nødvendigt.
- Erfaring med stakeholder management. Herunder kundehåndtering og opbygning af langvarige kunderelationer.
- En stærk økonomisk forståelse og et udpræget bundlinjefokus.
- Mod og lyst til at sætte dig ind i grundlæggende kontraktjura. Erfaring og kendskab hertil er en fordel, men ikke et krav.
- Grundlæggende kendskab til projektledelsesværktøjer.
