Key Responsibilities:
- Support the store management team in all aspects of running the store including opening and closing, cash-handling, stock control, merchandising, and maintaining a clean well-presented store.
- Act as a role model for the team by demonstrating a positive attitude and commitment to product knowledge.
- Create amazing experiences for customers through authentic customer service that leaves a lasting impression.
- Achieve sales goals and performance metrics & drive the store’s success as an ambassador and in local marketing effort.
- Perform other duties as required/assigned by manager.
- Maintain compliance with company policies including health and safety regulations and inventory management.
- Take ownership over stock management and execute visual merchandising guidelines, contributing towards and delivering on store KPIs.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:
- Demonstrated retail sales success.
- Experience working in a customer-facing role.
- Supervisory experience is preferred, but not essential.
- Flexible and adaptable; comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible schedule and availability to work mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Passion for our brands and brand lifestyles.

- High School diploma or equivalent.
