Wolverine Worldwide is a global marketer of branded footwear, apparel, and accessories. We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic leader to serve as Store Manager, responsible for delivering results, achieving targets, and creating an inclusive, customer‑centric retail culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Motivate and engage the team to embody brand values and promote an inclusive, positive working atmosphere.
  • Own sales and profit results, drive cost management of all P&L items including payroll, sales & KPIs.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and communicate efficiently on‑floor and behind‑scenes.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers and community partners.
  • Foster a supportive, productive, inclusive environment that promotes teamwork and accountability.
  • Ensure policies, operational standards and procedures are communicated, understood and implemented – covering security, people, health & safety and stock management.
  • Identify innovative methods to boost customer loyalty and promote the brand locally.
  • Partner with the wider business for timely stock placement and store operations.
  • Lead change management and guide the team to new ways of working.
  • Create memorable customer experiences through authentic service.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required

  • Experience in a management role in a fast‑paced, client‑focused retail environment.
  • Commercial mindset with proven sales background and KPI delivery.
  • Flexible and adaptable, comfortable working in a fast‑paced setting.
  • Flexible schedule and availability for mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.

  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in POS systems and budget management including payroll and expenses.
