Key Responsibilities

  • Creating amazing experiences for customers through authentic customer service that leaves a lasting impression.
  • Achieving sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Interacting with customers and educating them on products while building rapport and lasting relationships.
  • Maintaining store standards, including visual merchandising, front and back displays, managing deliveries, ensuring stock replenishment, assisting loss prevention, and adhering to health & safety procedures.
  • Managing cash responsibly and adhering to all policy and procedures for security, health & safety, and stock accuracy standards.
  • Encouraging customer loyalty by discussing upcoming collection launches and gathering customer data.

Qualifications

  • Flexible schedule and availability to work weekends and holidays.
  • Retail sales experience is preferred but not required.
  • Passion for our brands and brand lifestyles.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Positive and professional attitude.
  • Eagerness to learn and share product knowledge.
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast‑paced, sales‑driven environment.

High School diploma or equivalent.
