Seasonal Store Assistant – Sweaty Betty

Key Responsibilities
- Creating amazing experiences for customers through offering authentic customer service that leaves a lasting impression.
- Achieving sales targets and performance metrics.
- Interacting with customers and educating them on our product, striving to build rapport and lasting relationships.
- Maintaining store standards – visual merchandising, managing deliveries, stock replenishment, loss prevention, and adherence to health & safety procedures.
- Managing cash accurately and following all security, health & safety, and stock accuracy policies.
- Encouraging customer loyalty by discussing upcoming collection launches and collecting customer data.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Flexible schedule and availability to work weekends and holidays.
- Retail sales experience preferred, but not required.
- Passion for our brands and brand lifestyles.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Positive and professional attitude.
- Enthusiasm to learn and share product knowledge.
