Key Responsibilities
- Support the store management team in all aspects of running the store, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, stock control, merchandising, and maintaining a clean and well-presented store at all times.
- Act as a role model by demonstrating a positive attitude, commitment to product knowledge, and excellent customer service that creates lasting impressions.
- Achieve sales goals and performance metrics, drive the store’s success, and support local marketing efforts as an ambassador.
- Perform other duties as required or assigned by the manager.
- Maintain compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and inventory management.
- Take ownership of stock management and execute visual merchandising guidelines, contributing to and delivering on store KPIs.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Demonstrated retail sales success experience.
- Experience in a customer-facing role.
- Supervisory experience preferred, but not essential.
- Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible schedule with availability for mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
