Our Team and Customer Experience
Team members are the beating heart of our stores worldwide, delivering an exceptional in-store experience for every customer. From the moment customers enter the store to when they leave, you will help ensure they have an outstanding experience, whether assisting with a new pair of shoes or helping style an outfit.
Key Responsibilities
- Creating amazing experiences for customers through authentic service that leaves a lasting impression.
- Achieving sales targets and performance metrics.
- Interact with customers, educate them on products, and build rapport and lasting relationships.
- Maintain store standards (front and back), including visual merchandising, deliveries, stock replenishment, loss prevention, and health & safety procedures.
- Be responsible for cash management and adherence to policies for security, health & safety, and stock accuracy.
- Encourage customer loyalty by discussing upcoming collection launches and obtaining customer data.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Flexible schedule with availability to work weekends and holidays.
- Retail sales experience is preferred but not required.
- Passion for our brands and brand lifestyles.
- Excellent communication skills and a positive, professional attitude.
- Enthusiasm to learn and share product knowledge.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment.
