Paid Social and Display Manager
Join Sweaty Betty in empowering women through fitness and beyond as the Paid Social and Display Manager, responsible for leading the regional strategy and daily management of paid social and display campaigns.
You will collaborate with e commerce, brand, creative, analytics and trade teams to deliver high impact campaigns that drive commercial results and long term brand affinity.
Responsibilities
- Lead the regional strategy and day to day management of paid social and display channels.• Oversee budget allocation across platforms in partnership with Digital and Finance teams.• Act as the key link between paid media and creative, ensuring alignment of messaging and sharing performance insights.• Present innovative ideas and strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders.• Manage and develop two direct reports while regularly reporting on channel performance.• Drive innovation through a robust test and learn approach, exploring new partners, technologies and opportunities in collaboration with key internal teams.
Qualifications
- Expert experience managing, executing, and delivering campaigns across paid social, video, and display.
- Proven ability to identify and activate platform innovations through Alpha/Beta adoption.
- Strong knowledge of performance led campaigns and a detailed understanding of the Facebook pixel.
- Data driven methodology for building strategy and mapping clear KPIs aligned with business growth and CPA/CAC targets.
- Excellent presentation skills, capable of communicating results and recommendations to multiple stakeholders concisely.
- Deep understanding of optimization levers and proven ability to maximize performance.
- Experience managing large budgets and campaigns across multiple markets.
- Exceptional attention to detail in campaign setup, QA, and reporting.
- Comprehensive experience across common and emerging social, video, and display marketing channels.
- Strong team leadership skills, able to inspire, motivate, and develop a team with clear goals.

- 5+ years' experience leading biddable strategy for e commerce retail brands, either in house or through an agency.
- Full fluency within the META platform, including campaign structure, QA, reporting, analysis, feed, and pixel technical set up.
- Experience managing large budgets, line managing specialist teams, and building bespoke regional first strategies.
