Your core responsibility is to ensure our consumers enjoy their time with us in store, whether that’s helping them pick a new pair of shoes or styling an outfit.
Key Responsibilities:- Creating amazing experiences for our customers through offering authentic customer service that will leave a lasting impression.
- Achieving sales targets and performance metrics.
- Interacting with customers and educating them on our products, striving to build rapport and lasting relationships.
- Maintaining store standards, including visual merchandising, managing deliveries, maintaining stock replenishment, helping loss prevention, and adhering to health & safety procedures.
- Being responsible for cash management and adhering to all policy and procedures for security, health & safety, and stock accuracy standards.
- Encouraging customer loyalty by discussing upcoming collection launches and obtaining customer data.
- Flexible schedule and availability to work weekends and holidays.
- Retail sales experience is preferred, but not required.
