We are looking for a retail associate to create outstanding customer experiences, drive sales, and uphold store standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Creating amazing experiences for our customers through offering authentic customer service that will leave a lasting impression.
- Achieving sales targets and performance metrics.
- Interact with customers and educate them on our products, striving to build rapport and lasting relationships.
- Maintain store standards, front and back, including visual merchandising, managing deliveries, stock replenishment, loss prevention and adhering to health & safety procedures.
- Manage cash and adhere to policy and procedures for security, health & safety and stock accuracy.
- Encourage customer loyalty by discussing upcoming collection launches and obtaining customer data.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required
- Flexible schedule and availability to work weekends and holidays.
- Retail sales experience is preferred, but not required.
- Passion for our brands and brand lifestyles.
- Excellent communication skills.
- A positive and professional attitude.
- Enthusiasm to learn and to share product knowledge.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast‑paced, sales‑driven environment.
Working Conditions
- Retail environment.
- Shifts: Sunday 12:00 – 16:00, Friday 12:00 – 16:00.
- Please note that flexibility is required; you may be asked to work other hours based on business needs.
