Seasonal Store Supervisor - 40 Hours - Sweaty Betty in Ellesmere Port

Responsibilities

• Support the store management team in all aspects of running the store including opening and closing, cash handling, stock control, merchandising, and maintaining a clean and well‑presented store.
• Act as a role model for the team by demonstrating a positive attitude, product knowledge, and commitment to outstanding customer service.
• Create amazing experiences for customers through authentic service that leaves a lasting impression.
• Achieve sales goals, performance metrics, and drive the store’s success as an ambassador and supporter of local marketing efforts.
• Perform other duties as required or assigned by management.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, including health and safety regulations and inventory management.
• Take ownership over stock management, execute visual merchandising guidelines, and contribute toward and deliver on store KPIs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Demonstrated retail sales success.
• Experience in a customer‑facing role.
• Supervisory experience preferred, but not essential.
• Flexible and adaptable, comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
• Flexible schedule and availability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
